AMINU SALEH COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, AZARE ANNOUNCES CERTIFICATE COLLECTION FOR 2016/2017 TO 2019/2020 GRADUATES
The management of Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare, has announced that undergraduate certificates for graduates of the School of Undergraduate Studies for the 2016/2017, 2017/2018, 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 academic sessions are ready for collection.
According to a notice signed on behalf of the Registrar, eligible graduates who have completed payment for their certificates are advised to visit the appropriate office to collect them.
Where to Collect the Certificates
Graduates who have fulfilled the certificate payment requirements should visit the Office of the Deputy Registrar, School of Undergraduate Studies, at the institution to collect their certificates.
Requirements for Certificate Collection
Affected graduates are required to present the following documents during collection:
- A valid identity card.
- The original statement of result.
Graduates are advised to ensure that they have the required documents before visiting the office to avoid unnecessary delays.
Commencement Date
The collection of certificates commenced on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
