REV. FR. MOSES ORSHIO ADASU UNIVERSITY ISSUES URGENT NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to remind candidates who registered for Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (PUTME) screening for admission into programmes of the Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University (formerly Benue State University) and the general public that the directive of the Federal Government that all public universities should complete admissions for the 2025 academic session by 31st of October, 2025 subsists and is being complied with by the University.

Sequel to the above and in a bid to meet the deadline, the University has realized that many candidates are yet to upload their results on the JAMB portal. To this end, the University requests all affected candidates (UTME/DE) to upload their results on JAMB portal without further delay or risk losing their admissions.

Furthermore, candidates who applied for Bachelor of Nursing Science programme in the University for the 2025/26 academic session admissions are equally reminded to visit the nearest JAMB office or JAMB approved CBT Center and change to any of MBBS, Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.), Medical Laboratory Science, Radiography and Radiation Science programmes, etc. in compliance with the regulatory directive to the University.

The two categories of candidates in reference above are to expeditiously comply with the requested actionable obligations within one week from the date of this publication (Friday, 19th to Thursday, 25th September, 2025) to enable the University process their admissions within the stipulated timeline. For emphasis, candidates who fail to upload their results on the JAMB portal shall NOT be considered for admission.

The University regrets all inconveniences caused candidates and parents regarding the regulatory directive on change of programme from the Bachelor of Nursing Science programme.
