DIRECT ENTRY INTO COMPLEMENTARY AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE (CAM) – ABDULKADIR KURE UNIVERSITY, MINNA

I. ACADEMIC ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for Direct Entry into the CAM programme, candidates must satisfy the following three-tier criteria:
1. O'Level Prerequisites
Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in their Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WAEC, NECO, or equivalent) obtained in no more than two sittings. Compulsory subjects include:
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Mathematics
- English Language
2. Degree Holders (First Degree)
- Qualification: An acceptable First Degree from a recognized university.
- Class of Degree: Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
- Relevant Disciplines: Biological Sciences, Physical/Applied Sciences, Agricultural Science, or Nutritional Science.
3. Diploma and NCE Holders
Candidates with the following qualifications are also eligible to apply:
- NCE: Merit pass or higher in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Integrated Science, or Physical and Health Education (PHE).
- National Diploma (ND): Minimum of Lower Credit in Community Health, Public Health, Community Nursing, Environmental Health, or Laboratory Science Technology.

- JAMB Portal: All candidates must register for the 2026 Direct Entry via the official JAMB website or an accredited CBT center.
