TARABA STATE UNIVERSITY (TASU) RELEASES IJMB ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform the general public and interested applicants that the School of Basic Studies, Taraba State University, Jalingo, is currently offering admissions into its Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The IJMB programme is a golden opportunity for students who scored below 150 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and wish to still pursue their university education without rewriting JAMB. With IJMB, candidates can gain direct entry admission into 200 level in any university in Nigeria after completing the programme successfully.
According to the announcement signed by Mr. Joseph U. Bibinu, the Registrar, the IJMB programme is fully recognized by all Nigerian universities and is designed to fast-track academic progress within a duration of 9 to 12 months.
