I. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this competitive programme, candidates must satisfy the following four pillars of eligibility:

1. JAMB (UTME) Standards

* Participation: Must have sat for the 2026 UTME.
* Minimum Score: A total score of 180 and above.
* Subject Combination: Must have taken English Language, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
* Institutional Choice: Candidates who did not initially choose UITH must perform a Change of Institution to "College of Nursing Sciences, UITH" via an accredited JAMB CBT centre.

2. O’Level Academic Qualifications

* Core Credits: Minimum of five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
* Sitting Regulation: Obtained in not more than two sittings.
* Special Note on NABTEB: NABTEB results are accepted but cannot be combined with any other examination body (e.g., WAEC or NECO).

3. Age & Physical Requirements

* Age: Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
* Physical Fitness: Candidates must not have any physical deformities of the hands, as this is essential for nursing clinical procedures.
* Character: Must have a clean legal record with no criminal history.

The total application cost is ₦10,000 (covering the Post-UTME fee, Screening/Interview, and Administrative charges).

   1. Select Payee: Choose "Pay FGN and State TSA" -\> "Federal Government of Nigeria."
   2. Search Institution: Enter University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital.
   3. Service Type: Select UITH General Purpose Account.
   4. Payment: Complete the payment online or at any commercial bank. Do not pay cash to individuals.
   5. Verification: Present your Remita receipt to the UITH Bursary Unit for official verification.
   6. Portal Completion: Return to the official UITH website to finish the digital registration.
