ABDULKADIR KURE UNIVERSITY, MINNA RELEASES POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform all candidates who applied for admissions into Abdulkadir Kure University, Minna in the 2026/2027 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination conducted by Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (UTME) & DE candidates that there will be an Online Screening from 5th August, 2026 to 30th August, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY

UTME & DE Candidates must have chosen Abdulkadir Kure University, Minna as First Choice. UTME Candidates must have scored not less than the indicated minimum score for various Faculties/Programmes as stated below:

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Step 1: Login - At the post UTME application of the Abdulkadir Kure University, Minna website students.akum.edu.ng click on Select Application Portal.

Step 2: Profile Update - UTME candidates can login using JAMB Registration Number as username and any of their names as password to login. You should then fill-in the provided form noting that the photograph uploaded from JAMB will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout their stay in Abdulkadir Kure University, Minna.

Step 3: Make Payment - Proceed to checkout and pay the sum of N2,000.00 being the cost of screening. Note that after successful online payment, acknowledgement slip can instantly be generated and printed.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Candidates are advised to visit any JAMB Office or Accredited CBT Centre nearest to them to upload their O' Level result(s) (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS or equivalent), on both JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) and AKUM portal. A level and O' Level result(s) (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS or equivalent) results for DE candidates on both JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) and AKUM portal. Only candidates who have done so could be proposed admission and recommended to JAMB for approval.
  • Supplying false information will result in disqualification.
  • You are allowed to supply a maximum of two different 'O' Level examination results.
  • If you have any inquiry or you encounter any difficulty, send a mail to the email address provided on the portal.
  • Any candidate who fails to register for the screening exercise from 5th August, 2026 to 30th August, 2026 will not be considered.

* All DE students must appear for a compulsory physical screening of their A'Level results before being offered admission.
