ADAMAWA STATE UNIVERSITY, MUBI ANNOUNCES 2026/2027 ADMISSION CLEARANCE SCHEDULE

Adamawa State University, Mubi (ADSU), has directed candidates offered provisional admission for the 2026/2027 academic session to accept their admission and proceed with the necessary admission and clearance procedures.

In a notice to admitted candidates, the university announced that the clearance and appropriate placement exercise will take place at the respective faculties from Monday, 12th October to Thursday, 29th October 2026.

The university stated that the clearance exercise will last for two weeks only, urging all admitted candidates to take note of the schedule and ensure they complete the process within the stipulated period.

ADMISSION ACCEPTANCE AND CLEARANCE

All candidates offered provisional admission are required to accept their admission and prepare for the faculty-level clearance exercise.

Admitted candidates are expected to report to their respective faculties with the original copies of their credentials and other required documents for verification and appropriate placement.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CLEARANCE

Candidates are expected to present the following documents during the clearance exercise:

1. Original certificate(s) of educational qualification.
   1. Original Local Government Indigene Certificate.
   2. Original Birth Certificate or Statutory Declaration of Age.
   3. Original or photocopy of UTME/Direct Entry (DE) slip.
   4. Original O'Level results, including WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or other recognised equivalents.
   5. Diploma or NCE results, where applicable.
   6. Original copy of the online screening form.
   7. Original JAMB admission letter.

Candidates are advised to arrange their documents properly and ensure that all required credentials are available before reporting to their respective faculties.
