AL-QALAM UNIVERSITY, KATSINA RELEASES 2026/2027 POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM

The management of AL-QALAM UNIVERSITY, KATSINA (AUK) has officially released the 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) Admission Form for qualified candidates seeking admission into the University's undergraduate programmes.

Applications are invited from candidates who chose AL-QALAM UNIVERSITY, KATSINA as their first-choice institution in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 150. Direct Entry (DE) candidates are also invited to apply for the admission screening exercise.

The online application portal officially opened on Monday, July 13, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for the 2026/2027 admission screening, candidates must:

• Choose AL-QALAM UNIVERSITY, KATSINA as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME.
• Score a minimum of 150 in the 2026 UTME.
• Possess at least five (5) O'Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
• Upload their O'Level results to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

Direct Entry (DE) Candidates

Direct Entry applicants must also:

• Upload their relevant A'Level qualifications such as:
  • Diploma
  • NCE
  • IJMB
  • Other recognized equivalent qualifications
• Ensure all required credentials are uploaded on the University's admission portal.

HOW TO APPLY

Eligible candidates should complete their application by following these steps:

Step 1

Visit the official University portal:

Step 2

Create a personal account on the admission portal.

Step 3

Generate an invoice for the Application Form and Post-UTME Screening Fee.

Step 4

Pay the generated invoice through the approved payment platform.

Step 5

Log in using your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) as both your username and password.

Step 6

Update your:

• Biodata
• Academic qualifications
• O'Level details
• Other required information

Step 7

Complete your profile and submit your application.

Step 8

Regularly monitor your admission status on the portal until admission is offered.

Step 9

Candidates offered admission will be required to visit the University for physical verification.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Both UTME and Direct Entry candidates must upload their O'Level results on JAMB CAPS before they can be considered for admission.
• Candidates should ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate.
• Only applicants who meet the University's admission requirements will be considered.
