AL-QALAM UNIVERSITY, KATSINA RELEASES ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform the general public, especially candidates who applied for admission into Al-Qalam University Katsina through the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE), that the online application process for the 2025/2026 Academic Session has officially commenced. This announcement is specifically for applicants who selected Al-Qalam University Katsina as their most preferred institution (First Choice) during the UTME registration process.
All candidates are hereby reminded that they are expected to meet the general admission requirements set by both the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and the University. In particular, applicants must possess at least five (5) credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings in their O’level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB). These results must be duly uploaded on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) to ensure that their admission consideration is valid.
Direct Entry candidates are further advised to upload their A’level qualifications such as NCE, Diploma, IJMB, or any equivalent result on the University Portal. The failure to upload these essential academic documents may hinder the processing of admission and should be completed as soon as possible.
The application procedure for both UTME and Direct Entry candidates is as follows:
1. Click on https://sis.auk.edu.ng/
2. Create an account using a valid email address and accurate personal information.
3. Generate an invoice for the Application Form and Post-UTME Screening Fee using the provided payment system.
4. Make payment using the generated Remita Reference Number (RRR) through any authorized bank or online payment system.
5. After successful payment, log in with the RRR as both your username and password to access the application dashboard.
6. Proceed to update your profile with accurate biodata, academic history, and upload all necessary documents.
7. Submit your application and regularly check your admission status on the portal until a decision is made.
8. Upon receiving an offer of admission, applicants must visit the University campus for physical screening and verification of credentials.
