AMBROSE ALLI UNIVERSITY, EKPOMA (AAU) ISSUES NOTICE TO FINAL YEAR STUDENTS ON ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES
The Senate, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma (AAU) at its 334th Regular Meeting held on Wednesday, 29th July, 2026, reaffirmed its earlier decision at the 330th Regular Meeting held on 25th June, 2026, that, with effect from the 2025/2026 Academic Session, certificates should be prepared immediately following Senate's approval of final-year results.
In line with this decision, all graduating students are required to pay the approved certificate fee as part of the final-year clearance process.
Approved Certificate Fee: N48,000.00
Payment of the certificate fee MUST be made through the transcript portal using the attached link: https://transcript.aauekpoma.edu.ng/
Students are therefore advised to ensure that payment is made only through the approved University payment platform.
