The College of Nursing Sciences at the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital (FNPH), Benin City, is now accepting applications from qualified nursing professionals for the 2026/2027 Academic Session. This specialized admission exercise focuses on the Department of Mental Health & Psychiatric Nursing.

I. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for this premier nursing specialization, candidates must meet the following professional and academic standards:

• Professional Certification: Applicants must hold a Registered Nurse (RN) Certificate from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
• Academic Qualifications: Possession of a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) and an NYSC Certificate is required.
• Licensing & Experience: Candidates must have a current practicing license and at least one year of post-qualification experience.
• O'Level Credits: A minimum of five (5) credits in WASC/GCE, NECO, or NABTEB obtained in not more than two sittings.
  * Required Subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.
