FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, ILA-ORANGUN (FUHSI) RELEASES 2026/2027 POST-UTME REGISTRATION DETAILS

The management of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI), Osun State, has officially announced the commencement of Post-UTME registration for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

According to the official notice issued by the University, the online registration exercise will commence on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, for suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into the institution's undergraduate programmes.

Who is Eligible to Apply?

Candidates are eligible to apply if they meet any of the following conditions:

• Candidates who selected Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI) as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME and obtained the minimum required score for their preferred programme.
• Candidates who did not initially choose FUHSI as their first-choice institution but are willing to study at the University can still apply after completing a Change of Institution and/or Course on the JAMB portal.

Applicants are expected to meet the minimum UTME score for their intended course as shown below:

Important Admission Requirements

The University stated that candidates seeking admission into the following professional programmes:

• Medicine and Surgery (MBBS)
• Nursing Science
• Medical Laboratory Science
• Doctor of Physiotherapy

must possess five (5) credit passes in relevant O'Level subjects, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained at one sitting.

Direct Entry (DE) Requirements

Candidates applying through Direct Entry into Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or Nursing Science must possess:

• A Second Class Upper Division degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university; or
• Acceptable A'Level qualifications from recognized examination bodies.

Important Notice
