The Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA), Professor Mohammed Isa Kida, on behalf of the Governing Council, Senate, and the entire University Community, has officially invited members of the public to the institution's 45th Inaugural Lecture Series.
The prestigious academic event is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 8th July 2026, at the University's Permanent Site Campus in Lafia, Nasarawa State.
The inaugural lecture will bring together academics, researchers, students, policymakers, and members of the public to discuss the vital role of library and information services in promoting national unity, inclusion, and sustainable development.

The lecture is titled:
"Library and Information Services Delivery as Tools for Promoting Unity in Diversity and Inclusion for Sustainable Development."
