FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND MEDICAL SCIENCES, ABEOUKUTA (FUMMSA) EXTENDS POST-UTME APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Management of the Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta (FUMMSA), Ogun State wishes to inform all prospective students that the online registration portal for the admission screening exercise has been extended.

Originally scheduled to close on Friday, 29th August, 2025, the portal will now remain open until Sunday, 31st August, 2025. This extension gives interested and eligible candidates additional time to complete their registration.

Important Dates to Note

• Closing of Online Screening Portal
  New deadline: Sunday, 31st August, 2025
• Physical Screening of Admitted Students
  Dates: Tuesday, 2nd September – Friday, 5th September, 2025
  Time: From 9:00 am daily
  Venue: Wole Soyinka Library, FUNAAB Campus, Alabata, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
  All admitted candidates must be physically present for the screening with the required documents for verification.
• Resumption for the 2025/2026 Academic Session
  Date: Monday, 8th September, 2025
  Purpose: Registration exercise and commencement of academic activities

Registration Guidelines

All eligible candidates who wish to register for the online admission screening exercise are advised to:

• Visit the university’s official website www.fummsa.edu.ng . Carefully read the eligibility criteria before applying.
• Make payment of the appropriate screening fees as stated on the portal.
• Complete all required registration steps before the closing date.

Important Reminders

• Only candidates who complete the online registration before the deadline will be considered for screening.
• Attendance at the physical screening exercise is compulsory for all admitted students.
• Students are strongly advised to arrive early at the venue and come with all original and photocopies of their credentials.
