UNIVERSITY OF ILORIN BEGINS UPLOADING 2026/2027 ADMISSION NAMES ON JAMB CAPS
Prospective students of the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) seeking admission for the 2026/2027 academic session can now begin checking their JAMB profiles, as the University has commenced the uploading of admission names on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).

UNILORIN ADMISSION NAMES NOW BEING UPLOADED
Candidates who participated in the University of Ilorin's 2026/2027 admission exercise are advised to regularly check their admission status on JAMB CAPS.
The uploading of names may take place in batches. As a result, some candidates may see an admission offer earlier than others, while the status of other applicants may remain unchanged until subsequent uploads are made.

To check your admission status, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your JAMB e-Facility account.
- Select “Check Admission Status.”
- Click on “Access my CAPS.”
- Select “Admission Status.”
- Check your current admission status.
If an admission offer is displayed, carefully review the details and follow the instructions provided by JAMB.
WHAT DOES “NOT ADMITTED” MEAN?
Candidates whose CAPS status currently shows “Not Admitted” should not necessarily conclude that they have been denied admission.
Since the uploading and processing of admission names can take place in batches, some candidates may still receive updates later in the admission exercise.
Applicants are therefore encouraged to check their CAPS profiles periodically.
