The Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) has announced its 209th Inaugural Lecture, with the lecture set to focus on the topic “Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods: Nature’s Answer to the Triology of Man.”
The lecture will be delivered by Professor Sule Ola Salawu, a Professor of Food Biochemistry and Functional Foods at the Federal University of Technology Akure.
The inaugural lecture is part of the university’s academic lecture series and will provide an opportunity for members of the university community, academics, students, guests and other interested members of the public to engage with the subject of nutraceuticals and functional foods.
