FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, AKURE (FUTA) ANNOUNCES 205TH INAUGURAL LECTURE

The Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) has announced its 205th Inaugural Lecture, extending an invitation to members of the general public and friends of the institution.

The lecture, titled "Undermining the Home-Grown Technologies of Processing and Preservation: Playing Poker With Food Security," will address critical issues surrounding local technology and agricultural sustainability.

Engr. Prof. John Alaba Olumurewa, a Professor of Food and Bioresource Engineering (FNIAE, MNSE, MNFIST, MIFEN, MPASAE; B.Sc., M.Sc., PhD Ibadan), will serve as the keynote lecturer for the event.
