The management of the Federal University, Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), Ekiti State, has officially reopened its Post-UTME screening portal for the 2026/2027 academic session, offering prospective candidates another window to complete their admission applications.

According to a statement from the university administration, the new deadline for the screening registration has been fixed for Sunday, August 16, 2026. This extension grants candidates an additional two-week grace period to finalize their submissions and upload all required academic credentials.

The management explained that the decision to reopen the portal was prompted by numerous requests from candidates who faced technical difficulties, experienced delays in obtaining relevant O-Level documents, or missed the initial registration window. This move aims to ensure an inclusive and fair admission process for all qualified applicants seeking entry into the institution for the upcoming academic year.

Prospective students who selected FUOYE as their institution of choice in the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and satisfied the minimum cut-off mark requirements are strongly advised to capitalize on this extension immediately.

Applicants are further encouraged to complete their online registration well before the August 16 cutoff date to avoid last-minute server congestion and portal challenges.

Candidates can complete their applications by visiting the official university screening portal, generating the required payment invoice, and carefully providing their academic details.

The university authority emphasized that no further extensions will be granted once the portal closes on August 16, 2026. Thank you!
