The management of the Federal University Wukari, Taraba State, through a joint statement from the Office of the Registrar and the ICT Directorate, has issued a crucial update regarding the admission process for the 2026/2027 academic session.
According to the official announcement, candidates who applied via the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) pathways and have successfully uploaded their O'Level results onto the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) portal, alongside completing the university's online Post-UTME registration, are formally eligible for admission consideration.
The university management stressed that final admission offers will strictly depend on candidates satisfying all approved institutional and departmental cutoff requirements. Applicants are strongly advised to cross-check all submitted details on both the JAMB portal and the school portal to guarantee that their personal records and academic credentials are fully accurate and complete.
Furthermore, the university authority confirmed that the official merit admission lists for the 2026/2027 academic session are scheduled for release by September 2026.
