KADUNA POLYTECHNIC (KADPOLY) RELEASES ND/HND ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

Kaduna Polytechnic has announced the commencement of applications for admission into its HND and ND Regular Programmes for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

The institution stated that application forms are now available online for interested and suitably qualified candidates.

Available Courses

College of Administrative Studies and Social Sciences

Courses include Public Administration, Local Government and Development Studies, Law, Library and Information Science, Mass Communication and Media Studies, Social Development, International Relations, Crime Management and Control, Economics, Geography, English, Arabic, French and Hausa.

College of Business and Management Studies

Courses include Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Production and Operations Management, Cooperative Economics and Management, and Office Technology and Management.

College of Engineering

Courses include Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Minerals Engineering, Mining Engineering, Petroleum Engineering Technology, Railway Engineering Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering and Computer Engineering.

College of Environmental Studies

Courses include Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Urban and Regional Planning, Cartography and GIS, Environmental Technology, Estate Management, Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, and Surveying and Geo-informatics.

College of Science and Technology

Courses include Science Laboratory Technology, Computer Science Technology, Statistics, Agribusiness Management, Fashion Design and Clothing Technology, Food Science and Technology, Hospitality Management Technology, Tourism Management Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Printing Technology, Textile Technology and Polymer Technology.

College of Technical and Vocational Education

The college offers Psycho-social Rehabilitation under the Department of Special Needs Education and Rehabilitation Sciences.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

For HND programmes, applicants must possess a National Diploma or National Innovation Diploma in the relevant discipline and five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, or meet the stated Pre-ND requirements.

Candidates with ND Lower Credit and above require at least nine months of post-qualification industrial work experience, while candidates with ND Pass require 18 months of relevant experience.

Special requirements apply to some programmes, including Mineral and Petroleum Resources Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Human Resource Management, and Production and Operations Management.

ND/NI Direct Entry candidates with relevant qualifications may also be considered for Pre-HND.
