KOGI STATE POLYTECHNIC ISSUES NOTICE TO STUDENTS ON REQUIREMENTS FOR SECOND SEMESTER CBT EXAMS FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform all students that only candidates who meet the approved requirements will be allowed to sit for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) Examinations. All students are therefore advised to carefully note and comply with the following conditions:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Students must ensure that they are cleared at the ‘Holding Area’ upon presentation of:

• Printed Docket (Must be in color).
• Valid Student Identity Card.
• NAKOSS Payment Receipt.

You are expected to present these items after you have been cleared at holding area before you are allowed into the CBT hall.

CONDUCT AT THE EXAMINATION VENUE

Students must:

• Arrive at the CBT centre at least 30 minutes before the scheduled examination time.
• Maintain order and comply with all instructions given by invigilators and CBT officials.
• Refrain from bringing prohibited items such as:
  • Mobile phones
  • Smart watches
  • Books, notebooks, or written materials
  • USB devices or any unauthorized gadgets

IMPORTANT NOTE

Any student who fails to meet the above requirements will not be allowed to sit for the CBT examination. Students are therefore strongly advised to regularize all outstanding issues before the commencement of the examination.

By this notice, all students are expected to comply accordingly.
