The newly established Postgraduate College of the Lagos State University of Education (LASUED), Oto/Ijanikin (with an additional campus at Odo-Noforija, Epe), formally invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its professional Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programmes. Available Postgraduate Diploma Programmes
The University offers five specialized PGD tracks for the 2026/2027 academic session:

PGD in Hospitality and Tourism: Focused on advanced management in the service and travel sectors.

PGD in Data Science and Analytics: Providing technical proficiency in big data interpretation and statistical modeling.

PGD in Networking and Cybersecurity: Addressing the critical need for digital infrastructure security and systems management.

PGD in Virtual Communication and Media Technology: Exploring modern digital media tools and virtual interaction strategies.

Admission Requirements
Prospective candidates must satisfy both the general and academic prerequisites for admission:

O'Level Standards: Possession of at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE, WAEC, GCE, or NECO, which must include English Language and Mathematics.

Prior Qualifications: A good Honours Degree or a Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized institution in a field relevant to the chosen PGD programme.

National Service: Candidates must have successfully completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possess a valid certificate of exemption.

Method of Application
The application process is entirely digital and integrated through the university's central portal:

Portal Login: Visit the University Postgraduate Admission Portal at www.lasued.edu.ng. Your E-mail address serves as your Username, and your Surname serves as your Password.

Application Fee: Make a non-refundable payment of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira (₦25,000) into the designated LASUED account as prompted by the portal.

Data Entry: Complete the step-by-step application form online. Ensure all academic and personal data is accurate before final submission.

Documentation: After submission, print the e-registration slip. This document is essential for the interview stage and future clearance.

Critical Timelines and Regulatory Notes
Course Duration: The programmes are designed to run for a minimum of one (1) academic session, comprising two semesters of intensive study.

Transcripts: Applicants must ensure their official academic transcripts are forwarded to LASUED not later than two (2) weeks after the close of the sale of forms.

Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a compulsory interview to verify their suitability for the professional curriculum.
