MAIDEN CONVOCATION REHEARSAL AND GRADUATE ORIENTATION

The Management of the Katsina State Institute of Technology and Management (KSITM) is proud to announce the Maiden Convocation Rehearsal and Orientation for its graduating class. The orientation serves as a comprehensive preparatory phase for the graduating class. The key focus areas include:

1. Protocol & Etiquette: Sensitizing graduates on formal convocation procedures, procession order, and stage etiquette.
   1. Clearance Management: Finalizing administrative and departmental clearances to ensure a hitch-free graduation.
   2. Gown Coordination: Directing the organized issuance of academic regalia.
   3. Live Rehearsal: Conducting a full walk-through of the ceremony to instill confidence and professionalism in every participant.

III. EXCLUSIVE HIGHLIGHTS & MANDATORY ATTENDANCE

• Complimentary Academic Gown: As a special gesture for this maiden event, FREE academic gowns will be issued to all graduates who participate in the rehearsal.
• Mandatory Participation: Attendance at this rehearsal is compulsory. This is to ensure that every graduate is familiar with the proceedings and to secure their academic gown for the main ceremony.
