MAMA YALWA COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES, MISAU ND/HND NURSING PROGRAMS (2026/2027)

The Office of the Provost, Mama Yalwa College of Nursing Sciences, in collaboration with the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Misau, is pleased to announce that applications for admission into the Nursing (ND/HND) programs for the 2026/2027 academic session are now officially open.

I. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must fulfill the following academic criteria:

• O'Level Credits: A minimum of five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
• Sittings: Credits must be obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
• Examination Bodies: NECO, WAEC, and NBAIS are accepted.
• Special Note on NABTEB: NABTEB results are only accepted if obtained in one (1) sitting.

II. APPLICATION PROCEDURE & COST

The application form is available for a non-refundable fee of ₦10,000 only. Interested candidates must follow these steps:

1. JAMB Change of Institution: Candidates must choose Mama Yalwa College of Nursing Sciences through JAMB by performing a "Change of Institution" using a green form.
   1. Purchase of Form: The admission form must be purchased via Remita at the College Premises.
   2. Deadline: All administrative steps must be completed before the portal closes.

III. KEY ADMISSION DATES

Prospective students are urged to take note of the following timeline to ensure a successful application:

• Closing Date: 4th July 2026
