MAPOLY SETS JUNE 12 FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE, MID-SEMESTER TEST BEGINS JUNE 22
The Management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY), Abeokuta, has announced Friday, June 12, 2026, as the final deadline for the payment of the outstanding 40% balance of school fees and the completion of registration for the Second Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
The announcement serves as a reminder to all students who are yet to complete their registration process to take immediate action before the deadline expires.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED
According to the Polytechnic Management, the second semester officially commenced on Monday, May 4, 2026, in line with the institution's approved academic calendar. Initially, students were expected to complete payment of the remaining balance of their school fees and finalize their registration on or before Friday, May 1, 2026.
However, in consideration of students who were unable to meet the earlier deadline, the Management approved an extension until Friday, June 12, 2026, to provide another opportunity for affected students to regularize their academic status.
The Polytechnic emphasized that this extension is intended to assist students in completing all necessary registration requirements and avoiding any academic complications that may arise from non-compliance.
STUDENTS AFFECTED
The directive applies to all categories of students, including:
- National Diploma (ND) Full-Time Students
- National Diploma (ND) Part-Time Students
- Higher National Diploma (HND) Full-Time Students
- Higher National Diploma (HND) Part-Time Students
All students within these categories are strongly advised to complete the payment of their outstanding fees and finalize their registration before the stated deadline.
NO FURTHER EXTENSION
The Management has clearly stated that no additional extension will be granted after June 12, 2026.
Students who fail to complete their registration within the stipulated period may face academic consequences, including restrictions from participating in examinations and other semester activities.
The institution therefore urges all students to take advantage of the extension and avoid waiting until the last minute.
MID-SEMESTER TEST SCHEDULE
In addition to the registration notice, the Polytechnic has announced that the Mid-Semester Test for all categories of students will take place from:
Monday, June 22, 2026, to Friday, June 26, 2026.
