The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially announced the Passing-Out Date for 2025 Batch 'B' Stream II Corps Members across the country.
According to the Scheme, all eligible Corps Members who successfully completed their mandatory one-year national service will officially pass out on Thursday, 3rd September 2026.
NYSC FIXES PASSING-OUT DATE
The NYSC Management stated that the Passing-Out Parade and related activities for the 2025 Batch 'B' Stream II have been scheduled for Thursday, 3rd September 2026.
All Corps Members are advised to take note of the date and make the necessary preparations for the completion of their national service.
CERTIFICATES OF NATIONAL SERVICE TO BE DISTRIBUTED
The Scheme also announced that Certificates of National Service (CNS) will be distributed to qualified Corps Members on the same day.
According to the announcement, the certificates will be issued at the various Local Government Areas (LGAs) where Corps Members served throughout their service year.
Corps Members are advised to report to their respective Local Government Inspector (LGI) offices on the scheduled date for the collection of their certificates.
EMPLOYERS AND STAKEHOLDERS NOTIFIED
The NYSC Management has called on all Corps Members, employers and other stakeholders of the Scheme to take note of the official Passing-Out date.
Organizations currently engaging Corps Members are expected to make the necessary arrangements to enable them complete their service in line with the approved timetable.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CORPS MEMBERS
Prospective outgoing Corps Members are advised to:
- Take note of the official Passing-Out date.
- Report to their respective Local Government offices for the collection of their Certificates of National Service.
- Follow all directives issued by NYSC officials regarding the passing-out activities.
- Ensure they complete every outstanding clearance requirement before the passing-out date.
