NUHU BAMALLI POLYTECHNIC ISSUES IMPORTANT NOTICE ON PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING SCHOOL FEES FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
The management of Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic has issued an important notice to students who are yet to pay their school fees for the 2025/2026 academic session, urging them to settle all outstanding payments without further delay.
According to the institution, it has observed with concern that a number of students are yet to fulfill their financial obligations despite the ongoing academic activities.
Payment Required Before Academic Board Considers Results
The Polytechnic explained that the directive became necessary as preparations are underway for the Academic Board's consideration of the First and Third Semester results for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Students who have not paid their school fees have therefore been directed to clear all outstanding fees immediately to avoid complications during the result processing exercise.
Unpaid School Fees May Affect Result Processing
Management further disclosed that the Polytechnic's database and result processing software automatically exclude students who have not met the mandatory requirement of paying their school fees.
As a result, any student with outstanding fees may experience delays or be unable to have their examination results processed and considered by the Academic Board.
Students Advised to Comply Immediately
All affected students are strongly advised to take advantage of the remaining time to settle their school fees and ensure they meet all financial requirements before the commencement of the result consideration process.
The management emphasized that prompt compliance will help prevent unnecessary delays and ensure that eligible students' academic records and examination results are processed without interruption.
Students are encouraged to complete their payments as soon as possible and contact the appropriate school authorities if they encounter any issues during the payment process.
