The Continuing Education Centre (CEC) of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, has officially commenced the sale of admission forms for its Part-Time National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

I. AVAILABLE FACULTIES AND COURSES
Applications are invited for programmes across the following faculties:
Faculty of Engineering
- Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.
Faculty of Science
- Computer Science, Science Laboratory Technology, Geology Technology, Mathematics and Statistics, Physics with Electronics, Applied Chemistry, Library and Information Science, Biology/Microbiology, Food Science Technology, and Pharmaceutical Technology.
Faculty of Financial Management Studies
- Accountancy, Insurance, Cooperative Economics and Management, Banking and Finance, and Taxation.
Faculty of Business and Communication Studies
- Public Administration, Business Administration, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Office Technology and Management, Music Technology, Marketing, Mass Communication, and Local Government and Development Studies.
Faculty of Environmental Studies
- Surveying and Geo-Informatics, Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Estate Management and Valuation, Urban and Regional Planning, Art, Design and Printing Technology, Tourism Management Technology, and Architecture.
Faculty of Social Science and Humanities
- Crime Management and Security Studies, Transport Planning & Management.
II. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To ensure eligibility for the 2026/2027 session, applicants must satisfy the following:
- O'Level Results: A minimum of five (5) credit passes in WASSCE, SSCE, GCE, NABTEB, or NECO.
- Core Subjects: Mandatory credits in English Language and Mathematics, plus three other subjects relevant to the chosen course.
- Sitting Limitation: Credits must be obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
- For HND Applicants: Candidates must possess a National Diploma (ND) from a recognized institution in addition to the O'Level requirements.
