UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR (UNICAL): 2026/2027 EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANCY PROGRAMMES ADMISSION

The University of Calabar (UNICAL) invites applications from qualified candidates for admission into its Educational Consultancy programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session. All applications are to be processed online following a specific dual-registration procedure involving both the JAMB portal and the University portal.

1.0 JAMB PORTAL REGISTRATION (MANDATORY)

Before purchasing the institutional application PIN, all candidates applying for Degree programmes must obtain a JAMB Registration Number.

• Step 1: Visit any accredited CBT centre to create a JAMB Profile on efacility.jamb.gov.ng.
• Step 2: Log in and select the "Part-Time Registration" link.
• Step 3: Pay the JAMB registration fee of ₦7,500.
• Step 4: Upon completion, print your JAMB Registration Slip which contains your unique Registration Number.

2.0 UNIVERSITY PORTAL APPLICATION PROCESS (CES)

Once you have your JAMB Registration Number, proceed with the Centre for Educational Services (CES) application using one of the two payment methods below.

STEP 1: PAYMENT (₦15,000)

You can obtain your application PIN via two methods:

• Method A (Online): Buy the C.E.S. form directly using an ATM card via the university’s online payment link. Use the generated Transaction ID to proceed.
• Method B (Bank Branch): Walk into any commercial bank nationwide and request to pay for the University of Calabar C.E.S / Pre-Degree application via the E-Tranzact Platform. You will receive a payment slip containing a Confirmation Order Number (PIN).

STEP 2: REGISTRATION ON THE PORTAL

1. Visit the official portal: myunical.edu.ng.
   1. Select "CES Online Application" from the CES menu tab.
   2. Enter your Phone Number and your Confirmation Order Number/Transaction ID PIN.
   3. Login and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the bio-data and academic fields.

STEP 3: FINALIZATION

• Submit the form and print a hard copy for your records.

3.0 IMPORTANT NOTES

• Direct Entry (DE) Candidates: You are strictly required to submit your academic transcripts to your relevant Department to finalize your application.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure the email and phone number used are active, as these will be used for official communication.
