The big moment is almost here! The University Senate has officially updated the school calendar, and it is time for everyone—students and staff—to get ready for the First Semester Examinations. Exam season can be a busy time, but if we all follow the rules and meet our deadlines, everything will run smoothly. Below is everything you need to know about the upcoming weeks. The Big Dates: When are the Exams? Put these dates in your calendar and start your revision now: Start Date: Monday, February 9th, 2026.End Date: Friday, February 27th, 2026.Scope: These dates apply to the entire university. Instructions for Our Hardworking Staff To make sure the exams are a success, the University Management has asked for help from our teachers and staff. Here is the "To-Do" list for the next few days: For Course Level Advisers Please move quickly to finish checking and validating student registrations online. We need this done immediately so we know exactly who is ready to sit for their exams. For Course Teachers, It is time to show students how they did during the semester! Please upload all Continuous Assessment (CA) scores between January 19th and January 23rd, 2026. Doing this on time helps students know their standing before the final big test. For Faculty Officers and Exam Officers Faculty Officers: Please head over to the Examinations and Records Division to pick up all the papers and materials your faculty needs. Exam Officers: Please make sure everyone follows the Examination Time Table exactly. Staying on schedule helps avoid confusion for the students. Very Important Notice for Students. We want every student to be able to take their exams, but there is one very important requirement: Registration and School Fees.The Rule: If you have not paid your school fees and finished your registration, you will not be allowed into the examination halls. Please make sure your payments are settled and your online registration is complete before February 9th. We don't want anyone to miss out on their hard work because of unfinished paperwork!
