UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP (UEE), AKAMKPA EXPANDS ACADEMIC HORIZON FOLLOWING FEDERAL GOVERNMENT APPROVAL

The Management of the University of Education and Entrepreneurship (UEE), Akamkpa, is delighted to announce that the University has been officially listed among the newly approved universities by the Federal Government of Nigeria. This landmark recognition represents a significant attainment in the University's journey towards becoming a leading institution for quality education, innovation, entrepreneurship, and national development.

This historic achievement is a testament to the unwavering commitment of the Visitor to the University, His Excellency Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu, Governor of Cross River State and people of Cross River State, the Governing Council, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Patrick N. Asuquo, principal officers, staff, students, and all stakeholders whose collective efforts have contributed to the steady growth and transformation of the institution.

The University's inclusion among the newly approved institutions further validates the remarkable progress made in developing academic programmes, strengthening institutional capacity, expanding infrastructure, and promoting a unique educational model that integrates academic excellence with entrepreneurship. It also follows the successful resource assessment by the National Universities Commission (NUC) and subsequent approval of the University's academic programmes.
