UNIVERSITY OF ILORIN RELEASES SCHEDULE FOR 2026/2027 POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE

The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has officially announced the timetable for its 2026/2027 Pre-Admission Screening (Post-UTME) Exercise, urging all registered candidates to take note of the important dates and complete every stage of the admission process within the stipulated period.

The announcement, made through the University's Directorate of Corporate Affairs, confirmed that the screening exercise will take place from Thursday, 13th August to Saturday, 15th August, 2026.

Candidates who successfully completed their Post-UTME or Direct Entry registration are advised to prepare adequately for the screening and follow all instructions issued by the university.

Examination Slip Printing Begins August 10

The University Admissions Office has directed all applicants to begin printing their screening examination slips from Monday, 10th August, 2026.

The examination slip will indicate each candidate's:

  • Screening date
  • Examination venue
  • Time of examination
  • Other important screening instructions

Candidates are advised to print their slips immediately they become available and verify that all information is correct before the examination day.

Registration Closes August 9

The university also reminded prospective candidates that the 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry registration portal will officially close on Sunday, 9th August, 2026.

Applicants who fail to complete their registration before the deadline will not be scheduled for the screening exercise.

The University of Ilorin encouraged all applicants to monitor the admission portal regularly for updates and ensure they print their examination slips before the screening date.

Candidates are also advised to arrive at their designated examination centres early with all required documents and strictly comply with the university's screening guidelines.
