The Management of Federal University Otuoke Business School (FUOBS) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into various postgraduate and professional programmes for the 2026/2027 Academic Session. DOCTORATE PROGRAMMES (PH.D. & PROFESSIONAL DOCTORATE)

• Ph.D.: Tourism and Sustainable Development, Business Administration, Strategic Human Resource and Change Management, Public Administration.
• Professional Doctorate: Doctor of Business Administration and Strategy, Doctor of Public Administration and Strategy.

SPECIAL INTERVENTION (HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT)

• PGD, M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Health Information Management.
• M.Sc. Health Planning & Management Ph.D. Strategic Health Administration.

CERTIFICATE / SHORT COURSES (1–6 MONTHS)

• Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management Strategic Project Management.
• Strategic Peace, Security, and Conflict Management and Transformation.

II. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must satisfy the following criteria relative to their chosen level of study:

• Certificate: Minimum of five (5) passes including English and Mathematics in SSCE/GCE or equivalent.
• PGD: Bachelor’s degree (minimum Third Class) in relevant discipline, or HND (Upper Credit), plus O'Level credits in English and Math.
• Executive Masters: Bachelor’s degree, HND, or PGD in any discipline with a minimum of five (5) years working experience.
• Regular M.Sc.: Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Lower) or PGD with a CGPA of 3.00/5.00 or 2.50/4.00.
• Regular Ph.D.: Master’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5/5.0 in a related discipline.

III. APPLICATION FEES & METHOD

Application fees are non-refundable and payable via Remita:

• Certificate Programmes: ₦25,000
• PGD, M.Sc., Ph.D.: ₦30,000
• Executive/Professional Masters: ₦50,000

APPLICATION STEPS

1. Visit www.fuotuoke.edu.ng and click on the FUOBS Application Form.
2. Generate an invoice using your phone number and pay at any commercial bank.
3. Return to the portal to complete the online form.
4. Referees: Provide names and emails of referees online. Referees must submit reports electronically and provide hard copies.
5. Transcripts: Request transcripts from previous institutions to be sent to the Secretary, FUO Business School, or via email: businessschool@fuotuoke.edu.ng.

IV. DURATION OF PROGRAMMES

• Certificate/Short Course: 3 weeks to 6 months.
• PGD: 2–4 semesters (Full-time); 4–6 semesters (Part-time).
• Masters (Regular & Executive): 2–4 semesters.
• Ph.D.: 6–8 semesters.

V. SUBMISSION AND ENQUIRIES

After completing the online application, applicants must print and submit a hard copy with all required documents to:
