The management of Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, has officially commenced the release of admission offers for the 2026/2027 academic session through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
This is to inform all candidates who participated in the University's 2026/2027 admission screening exercise that they can now check their admission status to confirm whether they have been offered provisional admission into their chosen programmes.
The admission list has been uploaded on the JAMB CAPS portal, where successful candidates can view and either accept or reject their admission offers.
How to Check AAU Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
Candidates should follow the steps below to check their admission status:
- Visit the JAMB e-Facility portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
- Log in using your registered email address and password.
- Click on "Check Admission Status."
- Select "Access My CAPS."
- Click on "Admission Status" to view your admission offer.
What Admitted Candidates Should Do
Candidates who have been offered admission are advised to immediately accept or reject the admission offer on JAMB CAPS.
They can also respond by sending ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to their JAMB profile.
After accepting the admission, candidates should proceed to:
- Print their JAMB Admission Letter.
- Print their JAMB Original Result Slip.
- Follow the University's guidelines for acceptance, clearance, and registration.
- Upload their O'Level results on JAMB CAPS if they have not already done so.
Candidates Yet to Be Admitted
Applicants whose admission status currently shows "Admission Still in Progress" or "Not Admitted" are advised not to panic, as the admission process is ongoing.
The University may continue uploading names in batches, so candidates are encouraged to keep checking their JAMB CAPS regularly for updates.
