In response to the situation, the university management has issued a directive requesting all affected students to report their challenges in person to the DICT Center located at the Yelwa Campus. This directive is intended to allow the relevant technical and administrative staff to properly assess the situation and provide immediate assistance to students experiencing the problem.
The university stated that the reporting period for resolving the issue will begin on Monday, 9th March 2026, and will end on Wednesday, 11th March 2026. During this period, students who are facing course registration difficulties are expected to visit the DICT Center and present their complaints so that the matter can be addressed promptly. The university emphasized that this window of time has been specifically approved to ensure that affected students are given the opportunity to resolve their registration problems before further academic processes continue.
The management also warned that any student who fails to report the issue within the specified time frame will be considered as having voluntarily withdrawn from the registration process or as having incomplete registration. After the deadline has passed, complaints relating to late registration will not be entertained by the institution.
