BABCOCK UNIVERSITY RELEASES REVISED RESUMPTION DATES FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
Babcock University has announced revised resumption dates for new and returning students for the 2026/2027 academic session.
In a notice issued through its Communication, Media and Branding Unit, the university welcomed students and parents to the new academic session and released a schedule covering campus arrival, registration and other resumption activities.
Students are advised to follow the schedule for their respective schools and complete all required registration procedures before arriving on campus.
RESUMPTION SCHEDULE FOR NEW STUDENTS
New students, including 100-level and Direct Entry candidates, are expected to arrive on campus between Sunday, October 18, and Tuesday, October 20, 2026, for registration verification and other resumption activities.

Returning students in levels 200–600 are expected to resume between Wednesday, October 21, and Friday, October 23, 2026.
According to the university, the period will cover physical resumption, completion of registration and activities relating to the 2027 Students' Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES).
