The management of Benue State College of Nursing Sciences, Makurdi, has officially opened the sale of admission forms for the 2025/2026 academic session. The admission is available for candidates interested in the National Diploma (ND) Nursing Sciences and Post Basic Nursing Programmes.
The sale of application forms commenced on Monday, 1st March 2026 and will close on Monday, 16th March 2026.
The Post-UTME screening exercise is scheduled to hold from 20th to 21st March 2026, daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the College Auditorium, Benue State College of Nursing Sciences, Makurdi.
Interested candidates are required to obtain their application forms online by visiting the official website at https://www.admission.bscons.edu.ng.
The application fees are as follows: Post Basic Nursing Programme – N20,000, and National Diploma Nursing Sciences – N15,000.
Admission Requirements
For the Post Basic Nursing Programme, candidates must possess a Registered Midwife (RM) Certificate and at least five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics obtained in not more than two sittings from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. NABTEB results cannot be combined with other examination bodies.
For the National Diploma (ND) Nursing Sciences, candidates must have a UTME cut-off mark of 170 and above and at least five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics obtained in not more than two sittings. NABTEB results cannot be combined with another examination body.
Prospective candidates are advised to complete their applications within the stipulated deadline and prepare adequately for the screening exercise.
