BUK SUG issues important notice on hostel room status checking
The Students’ Union Government, Bayero University Kano (SUG-BUK), wishes to formally inform all concerned students of New Campus that they are required to check their hostel room status online through the same portal used for
Hostel application.
Please note that the accommodation list will no longer be released publicly. Consequently, all students are advised to verify their allocation status on the portal personally within the stipulated period.
The notice applies to the following categories of students:
Female Students (New Campus)
All female students of New Campus across the following levels are hereby directed to check their room status online:
Level 100
Level 200
Level 300
Level 400
Level 500
Male Students (New Campus)
The following male students of New Campus are also required to check their room status online:
Level 100
Level 300
Payment Instructions
Students who have successfully secured accommodation are strongly advised to proceed with payment immediately, as all payments must be completed within three (3) days from the date of confirmation. Failure to make payment within the stipulated period may lead to forfeiture of the allocated space.
All affected students are therefore urged to treat this notice with seriousness and act promptly to avoid unnecessary inconveniences.
