ENUGU STATE COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (TECHNICAL) COMMENCES ADMISSION INTO RE-BRANDED FIVE-YEAR NCE/DEGREE (DUAL MANDATE) PROGRAMME FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Enugu State College of Education (Technical) (ESCET), Enugu, has commenced the sale of admission forms for its re-branded Straight Five-Year NCE/Degree (Dual Mandate) Programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The innovative programme enables students to earn three qualifications within a five-year study period while acquiring both academic and practical vocational skills for career success.
Three Certificates in Five Years
Students admitted into the programme will graduate with:
- Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) after the first three years.
- Bachelor's Degree after completing an additional two years.
- A Practical Vocational/Professional Skill Certificate in their chosen area of interest at no extra cost.
The programme is designed to produce graduates who are academically qualified, professionally skilled, and employment-ready.

Admission Requirements
Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
- JAMB UTME is NOT required.
- A minimum of four (4) O'Level credit passes in relevant subjects.
- English Language is compulsory for Arts-related courses.
- Mathematics is compulsory for Science-related courses.
