SULE LAMIDO UNIVERSITY COMMENCES POST-UTME/DE SCREENING REGISTRATION FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The management of Sule Lamido University (SLU), Kafin Hausa, has announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) online screening exercise for candidates seeking admission into its undergraduate programmes.
Eligibility
UTME Candidates
Applicants must:
- Choose SLU as their First Choice Institution.
- Possess at least five (5) O'Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
Candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2026 UTME but did not initially choose SLU can still apply after changing their institution to SLU through JAMB.
Direct Entry Candidates
Applicants must possess:
- Lower Credit in ND, or
- Merit in NCE, or
- A minimum of 7 IJMB points.

Registration Period
- Opens: Monday, 27th July, 2026
- Closes: Sunday, 30th August, 2026
How to Apply
Candidates should:
- Visit www.slu.edu.ng or admissions.slu.edu.ng.
- Log in using their JAMB or Direct Entry details.
- Complete the online application form.
- Upload passport photograph and O'Level results (DE candidates should also upload A'Level qualifications).
- Pay the ₦2,000 screening fee (excluding Remita charges).
- Print the acknowledgement slip after successful registration.
Important Notice
- Candidates changing to SLU should do so through the JAMB Portal before completing registration.
- All applicants must upload their O'Level results to JAMB CAPS, as candidates who fail to do so will not be considered for admission.
- Candidates who do not complete the online screening before the deadline will not be considered for the 2026/2027 admission exercise.
