The Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare has officially approved the release of the results for the May 2026 Professional Examination. A total of 11,835 candidates were successful in the exercise, achieving an overall national average pass rate of 69%.

Successful candidates are required to initiate their registration and licensing process immediately.

  1. Online Application: Visit myportal.nmcn.gov.ng to begin the application for registration and licensing.
    1. Detailed Modalities: Specific instructions regarding the registration process will be communicated on Wednesday, 13th May 2026.
    2. Timeline: All online formalities, including the payment of requisite fees, must be concluded within 90 days from the date of result release.

IV. PENALTIES FOR LATE REGISTRATION

To avoid additional costs, candidates are urged to complete their registration within the stipulated window.

  • Late Registration Fee: Applications submitted after the 90-day window will attract a penalty fee of *Sixteen Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Naira (₦16,250.00)* per applicant.
  • Additional Charges: Further administrative penalties will apply for delayed submissions beyond the initial grace period.
