FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND MEDICAL SCIENCES, ABEOKUTA RELEASES 2026/2027 ADMISSION LIST
The Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta, Ogun State has released its 2026/2027 admission list for candidates who participated in the 2026/2027 admission screening exercise.
Candidates who applied for admission into the university are advised to proceed to the JAMB CAPS portal to check whether they have been offered provisional admission.
HOW TO CHECK FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND MEDICAL SCIENCES, ABEOKUTA ADMISSION STATUS
The list of admitted candidates has been uploaded through the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
Candidates can check their admission status by following these steps:
- Visit the JAMB e-Facility portal: https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
- Log in using the email address and password registered with JAMB.
- Access your dashboard.
- Click on “Check Admission Status.”
- Select “Access my CAPS.”
- Click on “Admission Status” to check whether you have been offered admission.
Candidates who have been offered admission will see their admission offer and photograph displayed on the portal, alongside a message confirming the admission.
Candidates who have not yet been offered admission may see a message indicating that “Sorry, No Admission has been Given Yet.”
HOW TO ACCEPT OR REJECT THE ADMISSION
Candidates who have received an admission offer can proceed to either accept or reject the offer through the available JAMB channels.
Candidates can send ACCEPT or REJECT as an SMS to 55019 or 66019, using the phone number linked to their JAMB profile.
Candidates are advised to take note that they have four weeks to accept their admission offer.
Candidates who no longer have access to their registered phone numbers are advised to visit a JAMB-accredited centre to complete the admission acceptance or rejection process.
PRINT YOUR JAMB ADMISSION LETTER
Candidates who have been offered admission are advised to print their JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission offer.
The admission letter may be required during the clearance and registration process at the Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta.
Candidates are therefore encouraged to keep their admission documents safely for subsequent registration procedures.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES USING PHONES
Candidates checking their admission status with a mobile phone may experience difficulty locating the Admission Status option on the JAMB CAPS portal.
In some cases, mobile users may only see the welcome page without access to the complete CAPS options.
Candidates using a phone are therefore advised to switch their browser to Desktop Site/Desktop Mode to access the full CAPS page.
For users of Google Chrome, this can be done by opening the browser menu and selecting “Request Desktop Site.”
Candidates can then refresh the page and proceed to check their admission status.
