FEDERAL UNIVERSITY WUKARI RELEASES POST-UTME/DIRECT ENTRY SCREENING FORM FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of Federal University Wukari (FUWUKARI) has officially commenced the 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) online screening exercise for candidates seeking admission into its various undergraduate degree programmes.

The online registration exercise commenced on Monday, 20th July, 2026, and all eligible candidates are advised to complete their registration before the stipulated deadline.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates wishing to participate in the screening exercise must satisfy the following requirements:

UTME Candidates

Applicants must:

• Have selected Federal University Wukari as their first-choice institution during the 2026 UTME.
• Score a minimum of 150 in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
• Possess at least five (5) O'Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.

Direct Entry (DE) Candidates

Direct Entry applicants must:

• Have selected Federal University Wukari as their first-choice institution.
• Possess at least five (5) relevant O'Level credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or GCE obtained in not more than two sittings.
• Hold relevant A'Level qualifications, including IJMB, NCE, or National Diploma (ND).

Note: University Diploma qualifications are not accepted for Direct Entry admission into the University.

Registration Period

The online registration portal is now open and will remain accessible until:

Saturday, 19th September, 2026 (Midnight).

Candidates are advised to complete their registration well before the closing date to avoid last-minute technical issues.

Screening Fee

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable Post-UTME screening fee of ₦2,000 only, excluding applicable bank charges.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates should follow the steps below to complete their registration:

1. Visit the official Federal University Wukari Post-UTME portal:
   https://ug.fuwportal.edu.ng/putme_registration.php
2. Carefully read the Pre-Admission Screening Instructions before proceeding with the registration.
3. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and Surname correctly in the spaces provided.
4. Click "Get Detail" to retrieve your JAMB information.
5. Proceed to make payment through the University's online payment platform.
6. After successful payment, continue with the registration by completing your biodata and other required information.
7. Upload a recent passport photograph as instructed.

Important Notice

The University has emphasized that all candidates must upload their O'Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal, as this is a mandatory requirement for admission.

Candidates are also advised to provide only accurate information during registration, as any false declaration may result in immediate disqualification at any stage of the admission process.
