FUHSI ACHIEVES 100% ACCREDITATION SUCCESS

The Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI), has achieved a significant milestone following the September 2025 accreditation exercise conducted by the National Universities Commission (NUC). The university secured a 100% pass rate, with all programs presented for evaluation receiving Full Accreditation.

I. FULLY ACCREDITED PROGRAMMES (SEPTEMBER 2025)

While FUHSI currently operates 13 undergraduate programmes, the following 9 were due for accreditation during the 2025 cycle and successfully met all NUC standards:

1. MBBS (Medicine and Surgery)
   1. Audiology
   2. Medical Laboratory Science
   3. Nursing
   4. Information Technology and Health (ITH)
   5. Pharmacology
   6. Nutrition and Dietetics
   7. Microbiology
   8. Biochemistry

II. UPCOMING ACCREDITATION CYCLE

The university remains committed to maintaining excellence across its entire academic portfolio:

• Remaining Programmes: The final 4 undergraduate programmes currently running at FUHSI will be due for their NUC accreditation exercise in September 2026.
