KOGI STATE POLYTECHNIC DIRECTS STUDENTS TO VACATE HOSTELS AHEAD OF ACADEMIC SESSION BREAK

The Management of Kogi State Polytechnic has directed all regular students to vacate the campus following the completion of the 2025/2026 Second Semester Examinations.

According to a notice issued by the institution, students are required to leave the campus on or before Monday, June 22, 2026, and remain away until the commencement of the 2026/2027 academic session.

Mandatory Compliance

The Polytechnic emphasized that all students must strictly comply with the directive as part of preparations for the academic session break.

Students who have genuine reasons to remain on campus during the vacation period have been advised to report to the Office of the Dean, Student Services for proper documentation and approval.

Security Measures in Place

Management disclosed that the institution's Security Unit has been directed to monitor the campus and ensure full compliance with the vacation order.

Students are therefore encouraged to cooperate with the authorities and complete all necessary arrangements before the deadline.

The notice was signed by Dr. Yahaya Segun Alilu, Esq., Registrar, who urged students to adhere to the directive to ensure a smooth and orderly vacation period.

The management wishes all students a safe and restful break ahead of the new academic session.
