The Lagos State University of Education (LASUED) has announced its 4th Inaugural Lecture, scheduled to take place on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at the Senator Oluremi Tinubu Hall, Oto/Ijanikin Main Campus.
The lecture, titled “CRACKING THE CHEMISTRY CODE: BEYOND THE BEAKER — HOW REACTION FUELS INNOVATION,” will focus on the role of chemistry, research and innovation in driving development and creating solutions to contemporary challenges.
PROFESSOR BOLANLE OMOTOKE OLALEYE TO DELIVER LECTURE
The inaugural lecture will be delivered by Professor Bolanle Omotoke Olaleye, Director of the Directorate of Entrepreneurship and Skill Development and Professor of Chemistry Education in the Department of Chemistry Education, College of Science Education (COSED), Lagos State University of Education.
Professor Olaleye is expected to explore the connection between chemical reactions, scientific research and innovation, highlighting how knowledge in chemistry can contribute to technological and societal advancement.
