ND NURSING PROGRAMME 2026/2027 – COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES, OBUDU
The Management of the College of Nursing Sciences, Obudu, Cross River State, is pleased to announce the commencement of the admission process for the National Diploma (ND) in Nursing for the 2026/2027 Academic Session. We invite all dedicated and qualified candidates to apply for this prestigious programme designed to produce world-class nursing professionals.
I. ELIGIBILITY AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the screening process, candidates must strictly satisfy the following institutional and regulatory criteria:
- JAMB Choice: The College must be selected as the 1st Choice institution during the 2026 JAMB registration.
- JAMB Score: A minimum UTME score of 140 and above is mandatory.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be 16 years of age or older, or must be turning 16 on or before September 30th, 2026.
- Academic Qualifications: A minimum of 5 credits in the following subjects: Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- O’Level Combinations: Credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings. Acceptable combinations are WAEC/WAEC, NECO/NECO, or NABTEB/NABTEB.
II. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Qualified candidates are to follow these systematic steps to complete their application:
- Portal Access: Ensure the College is set as your first choice on the JAMB portal. Visit the official website at www.consob.edu.ng.
- Form Selection: Navigate to the "ADMISSIONS" section on the pop-up menu and select ND NURSING SCREENING FORM 2026.
- Application Fees:
* Pay a sum of N25,000 for the Post-UTME Screening form to the designated account.
* Pay the College handling charges of N13,000.- Documentation: Download and print the payment receipts for both transactions.
- Form Completion: Fill out the Admission Application Form accurately and attach the receipts for the Post-UTME form and handling charges.
III. SCREENING AND VERIFICATION LOGISTICS
- Mandatory Reporting: All candidates must report to the College Admission Office for physical verification and file opening.
- Timeline: Verification must be completed one day before your scheduled Post-UTME screening date.
- Required Documents: Candidates must bring their completed application form and all original payment receipts.
