The Science and Technology Education Students’ Association (STESA) at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), in collaboration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Bauchi Chapter, is pleased to announce the opening of registration for the 3rd Induction Ceremony.
Professional induction is a mandatory requirement for education graduates to be formally recognized and licensed as professional teachers in Nigeria. Eligible graduates are urged to utilize this window to regularize their professional standing.
I. REGISTRATION TIMELINE
To facilitate a smooth administrative process, the following dates have been strictly stipulated:
- Commencement Date: Friday, April 10th, 2026
- Closing Date: Monday, July 13th, 2026
Registration must be finalized within this period. Late applications may not be considered for the current induction cohort.
II. FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS AND PAYMENT PROTOCOL
The registration fee is ₦25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand Naira only). To maintain financial transparency and record accuracy, candidates must adhere to the following specific payment instructions:

- Payment Method: Payment must be made strictly via cash deposit at the bank. Electronic transfers or POS receipts may not be accepted for this specific exercise.

Upon successful cash deposit at the bank, candidates are required to submit their evidence of payment to the TRCN Secretariat:
- Receipt Submission: A clear copy of the bank deposit slip must be presented to the Secretary.
- Submission Channels:
* Physical Submission: Visit the designated TRCN desk at the Faculty of Technology Education.
* Digital Submission: Send a high-resolution image of the bank teller via WhatsApp to the official contacts listed below.
