NKST COLLEGE OF HEALTH TECHNOLOGY, MKAR ISSUES FINAL NOTICE ON PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING TUITION FEES FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of NKST College of Health Technology, Mkar, through the Office of the Provost, has issued a final notice to all students with outstanding tuition fee balances for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to the institution, several students are yet to fulfill their financial obligations despite previous reminders and notifications issued through the Bursary Department and various academic departments. The management described the situation as unacceptable and urged all affected students to take immediate steps to regularize their fee payments.

To enable students settle their outstanding balances, the College has approved a one-week grace period effective from the date of the announcement. Students are expected to complete payment of all outstanding tuition fees and present evidence of payment to the Bursary Department on or before Thursday, 4th June, 2026.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

The management has warned that students who fail to comply with the directive within the stipulated period will face strict disciplinary measures, including:

• Immediate suspension from academic activities.
• Denial of access to second semester lectures.
• Disqualification from participating in examinations.
• Restriction from accessing college facilities and academic services.

The institution emphasized that no further extension, appeal, or deferment will be granted after the expiration of the deadline.

Special Consideration for Students with Financial Challenges

The College has however provided an opportunity for students facing genuine financial difficulties.

Only students who have already paid at least 80% of their tuition fees may apply for special consideration. Such students are required to submit a formal written application to the Office of the Provost before the deadline.

Management further stated that verbal appeals, excuses, or unofficial requests will not be entertained under any circumstance.

Students are strongly advised to clear all outstanding balances immediately to avoid disruption to their academic programmes and maintain their eligibility for all second semester activities.

The management reiterated its commitment to maintaining financial discipline and ensuring the smooth operation of academic activities within the institution.
