NORTHWEST UNIVERSITY, KANO ISSUES NOTICE ON SECOND SEMESTER SUMMER PROGRAMME REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Northwest University, Kano, has announced the commencement of registration for its Second Semester 2024/2025 Summer Programme.

According to an official circular dated August 23, 2026, registration for the programme will begin on Monday, August 24, 2026, and close on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

The university stated that the programme is open to students currently on probation, students who were previously on probation, final-year students and spillover students.

However, only students who registered for and failed courses during the Second Semester 2024/2025 session are eligible. Students with ABS, students who dropped the courses, or students with ICG in the courses are not eligible to participate.

Each eligible student is allowed to register for a maximum of five courses.

The registration fees include a ₦20,000 central registration fee and ₦5,000 per course. The university also stated that all payments made are non-refundable.

The institution has therefore advised all eligible students to complete their registration within the stipulated period and adhere strictly to the stated guidelines.
